To ensure a peaceful and comfortable stay for all guests at SIA Home, we kindly ask you to use the Home’s facilities within the designated hours:
Please do not arrive before 7:30 AM for security reasons and to ensure the comfort and privacy of other guests.
After 9:00 PM – BBQ activities, including grilling, burning, making smoke, or similar activities, are not permitted.
Please lower the volume of all audio devices after 9:30 PM and keep the space quiet after 10:00 PM.
As SIA Home is a wooden house, sound insulation is naturally limited. We have made improvements to the best of our ability, but sounds from everyday activities may still be heard between spaces.
Thank you for your understanding and for helping us maintain a peaceful atmosphere by walking gently, speaking softly, and keeping noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM.
SIA Home reserves the right to ask guests to leave the property if they fail to comply with the house rules and regulations, particularly those concerning noise, security, and public order. In such cases, SIA Home will not be responsible for resolving any further disputes arising from such violations.
